Keith Reynolds, Founder & CEO
Keith founded Publio to help clients transition from traditional marketing toward an ROI-based content publishing model to promote brands, build audiences, grow a sales pipeline, and optimize SEO performance to generate qualified leads. He has 25+ years of experience helping CEOs and agencies develop content strategies, marketing plans, and budgets, managing marketing operations, and producing media to attract customers. His work on go-to-market and demand generation campaigns has yielded tens of thousands of leads, put hundreds of millions of dollars into sales pipelines and employers, and raised millions in startup capital. This experience led Keith to develop the “Publisher’s M.O.™” methodology Publio employs and teaches in client engagements and operations, a framework outlined in his 2019 book The New Content Culture: Think Like a Publisher to Grow Your Business.
Sarah Noonan, Analytics Lead & Project Manager
Sarah is a data-driven project leader with over ten years’ experience empowering initiatives across teams of variable industry, size and scale. Bringing a thoughtful, informed perspective to research, analysis, and implementation, Sarah excels at conveying complex, quantitative marketing information to stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and clients. With her project management systems expertise, she brings order to competing priorities that need to sequenced for on brand, on budget and on time strategy execution.
Gregory Pings, Senior Editor & Business Communications
Greg is an experienced communications strategist with deep and broad experience developing and co-creating messages for targeted audiences. A hands-on manager with corporate editorial experience, who brainstorms with stakeholders at all levels. Emphasizes a storytelling approach to content that is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
Marie Patel, Client Relations
Marketing Therapy Practice Lead
Marie started her career at IBM as a Communication Specialist working in the higher education industry and working with several big NYC ad agencies. Then, she worked for some smaller companies taking care of their marketing and communications with clients and customers. More recently, and for the past six years, she has been working with Redniss & Mead, a land use consulting firm in Stamford, CT.
Katherine Gunya, Client Relations
Market Research and Project Manager
Katherine is an alum of University of St. Andrews, where she graduated with a BA in psychology. In her time there, she sang with the Byre Opera, wrote and edited for ST.ART magazine, and managed events for several societies including the St. Andrews Entrepreneurial Society. She is an effervescent autodidact, an avid hiker, and extremely passionate about music.
Lorna Bondoc, Client Relations
Operations and Project Manager
Lorna has over 25 years of experience in corporate business process outsourcing, recruitment, startups and digital marketing. She works with companies in Asia Pacific and North America. Publio’s founding advisor and Founder of YOVEO Digital. She is an advocate of continuous learning and is an active volunteer in various non-profit organizations to teach and equip underserved communities in the Philippines and the ASEAN region. She is a Reiki Master and a lover of the arts.
